Vanessa Dillon has spent her entire career as a communicator. She has worked with 5 year olds and boards of directors in roles as educator and facilitator. Seven years ago she founded Invisible Ink, a marketing communications company with a focus on design, print and the Internet. She personally overseas the design and print division and has worked for a range of clients from embryonic businesses to corporations such as SBS.

Stephen Dillon has been working in IT since the mid 90s. His early career was in a financial transaction company that developed leading Internet solutions both locally and for export. Having lived through the dot-com boom, he has a healthy cynicism of what the Internet can and cannot be, and how to use it at a practical and affordable level for business. Stephen now works for Invisible Ink where he manages Internet projects. He sees the Internet as a tool that can be used to strengthen a business in a changing economy.
